Not only did this idiot have annoying bumper stickers ("Sorry Officer I Thought you Wanted to Race"), but you didn't happen to hear LMFAO's song "shots" in the background did you? Oh because that was coming from her vehicle... the windows were up, so I guess he/she enjoys being completely immersed in the musical experience.
